Siobhan opened Mitcham Family Law in February 2020 to provide a personal and professional service to separated clients in a private setting at a sensible cost.

Achieving good outcomes for clients is a result of experience and understanding client’s needs. Siobhan has assisted hundreds of clients resolve their family law matters. She is in your corner from the beginning acting on your behalf to achieve the best results possible for you.

Siobhan understands that separation is often one of the most difficult times in a client’s life. She appreciates that you may be working, moving home and caring for children whilst trying to deal with the break down of your relationship. Having someone on your side assisting you to navigate the Family Law system can ease the pressure as you focus on moving forward with your life.

Siobhan specialises in matrimonial and defacto property settlement matters, children’s matters, spousal maintenance, child support and divorce. She is an advocate for alternative dispute resolution as an option to help clients achieve great results whilst maintaining co-operation and communication for the best interests of their children.
